Our
Story
Market Builders was founded in 1988 as a consulting company focusing on sales force automation and customer relationship management software. Since that time it has empowered over 100 companies with CRM tools. Starting in 1990 MBI has focused on the investment management industry. This industry has demonstrated a need for complex information requirements on the various organizations operating in their sphere of influence. This includes information on Plan Sponsors, Financial Consultants, Service Providers such as Custodians, Trustees, Brokers as well as other investment managers. Market Builders has worked with the market leaders in this industry and has implemented CRM systems for over 1/3 of the top 120 investment firms in the US.
Market
Builders began offering an “out-of-the-box” solution
for investment firms starting in 1993 and since then
have continuously improved our solution based on
the most current demands and requirements of our
clients. Having worked with so many clients, we are
in a position to apply CRM best practices observed
to a wide variety of organizations who have diverse
requirements. In today’s
investment world that may include traditional institutional asset management,
alternative investments or hedge funds, fund of funds, mutual fund sales,
as well as individual or High Net Worth (HNW) sales. We can accommodate this
